6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mgoldbet and may result in account termination and legal action:

1. Opening an account using a false or fraudulent identity.
2. Operating an account on behalf of, or in the name of, another person.
3. Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
4. Using any software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
5. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
6. Using mgoldbet for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources.
7. Harassing or defrauding other users.
8. Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mgoldbet services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service at all times, mgoldbet is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
• Software bugs or technical issues originating from third-party game providers.
• Loss of password or account access due to the user's own negligence.
• Transaction failures caused by issues with the user's device or network.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Mgoldbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon the member's own request to close their account.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
